GENERAL

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

SHIPPING COSTS

All our shipping of original paintings and prints is free worldwide.

PACKAGING – PRINTS

All our Giclée are sent rolled in professional mailing tubes.

Each shipment has included the final invoice.

​PACKAGING – ORIGINAL OIL PAINTINGS:

All the packing of the original artwork is controlled by the artist and packaged professionally.

Our system of packaging is strong and secure and lightweight, keeping shipping expenses low.

Packing materials: vinyl wrap, 3/4 inches of polycarbonate plastic sheet and polyethylene foam strips within each side.)Wood crates are much heavier and must be opened and controlled by customs. Our packing permits them to see fairly well through it so it’s not necessary to open it at the border.

TRANSIT TIME

Europe zone – 4/7 days for all products.

Other countries – 7/10 days for the prints, approximately 14 days for the originals paintings.

Each shipment it’s sent with its final invoice and the necessary authentification certifications and exportation permission releases for shipping by the Local Office of the Ministry for Cultural Heritage. For the preparation of all the documentation it takes several days to be able to send a painting to the non – European country.

“art gallery in tuscany” is not responsible for any stock or custom extra charges due to delayed or refused withdraws of artworks.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, andArt Gallery in Tuscany encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

All taxes, charges and duties arising as a result of clearing customs are the purchasers responsibility. In the U.S.A. original artwork from a living artist have no custom duty tax with documentation.

INSURANCE

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
